The EOS R1 and EOS R5 Mark II cameras boast some incredible new features.  Both models have brand-new Canon designed back-illuminated stacked CMOS Sensors and benefit from a new front-end DIGIC Accelerator co-processor that works directly with the proven DIGIC X processor.  This new DIGIC Accelerator chip processes enormous volumes of data directly from the image sensor for actions like AF detection to exposure metering calculations that enable eye-control focus, subject identification and tracking, and even deep learning with features like In-camera Upscaling and Neural Network Noise Reduction.
